It's used for one thing: creating your skin report. Your sample is processed by a CLIA-certified lab, and your genetic information is protected under federal and state privacy laws. It isn't shared or used for anything else unless you give permission or the law requires it. You'll sign a consent form before testing, and your results come to you through a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal.
Your consults are virtual, so you can work with Ardra from wherever you are. Prescriptions depend on where Robert is licensed, and we'll confirm your state with you when you book. The DNA test is not currently available in New York.
